The BPC corporate policy is based on the shareholders’ interests and rights, pursues transparency and opens the company for cooperation with all the potash market players with clear focus on the constant enhancement of the personnel efficiency.
Here, our primary tasks are to strictly adhere to legislation, keep to the high quality standards of the products supplied, promote business ethics and honest competition, and contribute to social development.
Cooperating in the framework of the international organizations and running its own agrochemical service, BPC works keenly to promote the best management practices for potash which allow its more sufficient application on the various soil types and help minimize the impact on the environment.
As a major player in the world’s market of mineral fertilizers, BPC makes every effort to set up a successful dialogue between the consumers and producers of fertilizers. Here, the producing and consuming countries share not only interests, but also the responsibilities to ensure food security worldwide.

Covering some 30% of the world’s potash fertilizer market Belarusian Potash Company is an active member in major specialized international organizations and institutions.
